What it is…
The Grapevine Chamber Map is a publication of the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber uses this publication to promote the Grapevine area in all of the areas that the Chamber is involved with, including:
- Welcoming new residents
- Relocation packets (typically, employees of businesses moving to the area)
- Attracting and welcoming new businesses
- Tourism
- and for the general public
The Chamber Map is a crucial publication that helps to tell the story of Grapevine and to showcase some of the Grapevine Chamber member businesses. The map is also a non-dues revenue generator for the Chamber, which is important when it comes to advancing the Chamber’s mission without always having to raise membership fees. We typically see about a 70% renewal rate from advertisers from the previous issue to choose to participate again the next year.

Details for printed map…
Full color, glossy, high-quality printed map. Typical foldout maps are difficult and confusing to use. Our fold is a little larger, which also requires less folding. As the map unfolds, we give each section a distinct purpose that enhances the value of each ad space’s placement.
We print up to 30,000 copies, which are continually distributed at over 50 locations throughout the 18-month distribution cycle.
The print ad sizes are as follows:
1/4 panel (4.5″w x 2.375″h) $698.00
1/2 panel (4.5″w x 4.75″h) $1296.00
3/4 panel (4.5″w x 7.125″h) $1,794.00
Full panel (4.5″w x 9.5″h) $2,342.00
Premium ad sizes and placement are available upon request and subject to availability,
such as back cover and inside covers, etc.
Details for digital map option…
The digital map is an available option to help boost your online presence with a backlink to your website and directions to your advertised business. The digital map is linked from the Chamber’s website. It will also be accessible via a QR code on the cover of the printed map. The Chamber will also promote each digital map advertiser once throughout the distribution cycle to their 18,000+ social media followers. They will share your ad, give your business a shout out, and then link the post back to the digital map to drive regular traffic throughout the year.

Premium $1,500 (1 of 3) which is seen as the map first opens.
Standard $300 in addition to any print ad.
Available Ad Space…
Ad space is very limited; unlike a magazine, we cannot add additional pages, as that is not how the Chamber Map is formatted. We do have a mock map that shows the available ad spaces. Please contact Sharon Russell to secure your placement.
